Website Ad Only

For an investment of only $25, you will receive:  

• Placement of your Advertisement on our AECPTA website.  This will need to be your pre-made Ad, or simply a logo with link to your website.  Ads need to be saved as 200 x 350 pixel jpeg and submitted online. The Ad will run through September of 2023.

PTA Meeting Sponsor + Social Media (limited to 8)

For an enhanced investment of $50, you will receive:

• Placement of your Advertisement on our AECPTA website.  This will need to be your pre-made Ad, or simply a logo with link to your website.  Ads need to be saved as 200 x 350 pixel jpeg and submitted online. The Ad will run through September of 2023.
• With an emphasis on social media, we will be creating regular posts to thank you for your support.  This will include our public facing Facebook, Instagram & Twitter Pages, and these will run 3 times throughout the year.
• A special exposure opportunity limited to just 8 advertisers, your logo will be featured at 1 of our membership meetings.
• You are invited to speak for 2-3 minutes at the start of our meeting about your organization or product, as desired, or you may send along a few talking points for us to share on your behalf. 
• You also will be asked to provide an in-kind donation, such as a product, goodie or gift certificate to your business, that we can use as a recognition raffle to our members during the meeting, providing additional exposure.  

• Event Sponsor + Social Media

  For an enhanced investment of $100, you will receive:

  • Placement of your Advertisement on our AECPTA website.  This will need to be your pre-made Ad, or simply a logo with link to your website.  Ads need to be saved as 200 x 350 pixel jpeg and submitted online. The Ad will run through September of 2023.
  • With an emphasis on social media, we will be creating regular posts to thank you for your support.  This will include our public facing Facebook, Instagram & Twitter Pages, and these will run 3 times throughout the year.
  • A special exposure opportunity to sponsor one of our exciting annual events!  Your event sponsorship includes name listing or logo on event email/invitations and promotional materials, a table to set up at the event, if desired, for on-site presence and interaction, and/or you can display a sign or banner on-site at the event.
  • You also have the option, if desired, to provide an in-kind donation, such as a product, goodie or gift certificate to your business, that we can use as a recognition raffle to our members during the event you sponsor, providing additional exposure. 
• ·      Events include: Membership Drive in the Park (August);  Kids Kloset Fall Resale Shop (October); Halloween Family Carnival (October); Kids Kloset Spring Resale Shop (March); Kids Easter Egg Hunt (April) & End of year Family Picnic in the Park (June)

Spaces will fill up fast, so don’t delay!  

You will be directed to pay for the Ad or Sponsorship through PayPal.  You will receive an email confirmation with additional info on your Ad details. 

You will need to follow the instructions on submitting your ready-made Ad.  Important: Ads need to be saved as 200 x 350 pixel jpeg and submitted online.  If you do not have a ready-made Ad, we can accept a logo and a weblink and use that instead. 

Thank you for your interest in advertising and supporting the Avon Early Childhood PTA.  While we appreciate your support of our non-profit organization, we also do hope this investment will be fruitful for you to generate new customers through our amazing members!
