Our Annual Membership Drive is the second Tuesday in August (8/16/2022) from 6pm-8pm at Schwartz Road Park. New and returning members look forward to a visit from bounce houses, balloon twisting, face painting, crafts and more! Committee members from each function of the club are on hand to answer any questions on how you can get more involved, and offer early sign-ups for various events including field trips and fall Kids Kloset space reservations.
We're excited for your interest in membership in the Avon Early Childhood PTA (AECPTA), please utilize the form below to complete the membership application. The AECPTA utilizes Paypal to complete financial transactions including membership dues; however, you do not need a Paypal account to utilize this service with your credit card. If you would prefer, a paper based application can be filled out at one of our monthly meetings and dues can be paid with a check, NO CASH PLEASE. Membership is from August 15th to June 30th of each year, unless you join at the 1/2 year membership drive in January, then the period is from the time you join until June 30th of that year.
We would love to have you join us at any of our monthly meetings as membership is open throughout the school year, August through May. Meetings are the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at Heritage North Elementary School, held in the school library. (35575 Detroit Road)
Help us spread the word about the AECPTA! If you have neighbors, friends in the community, or even friends in surrounding communities who could benefit from our club, please send them the membership form below! Also, if you haven't yet filled out your membership form, please take a minute to do so now. The membership form and annual membership fee is due each year, regardless of how long you have been in the club. Thanks for spreading the word about our great club!
